Through the column of your esteemed newspaper I sudhir gupta resident of
Malviya Nagar New Delhi,wish to bring to your kind attention about the issue
of rising calamities on the roads in our locality due to rash driving by many
youngsters and some irresponsible drivers of heavy vehicle.Nobody seems to
have any respect for traffic rules; neither have they wished to follow them.
In the recent past, the number of road accidents has increased. Recently, on
25th April, a young guy riding his bike at very high speed hit an old man, and
he died.The culprits are fleeing the crime scene unpunished.This is posing a
major risk in the lives of the people using the roads.
Therefore, I would kindly request you to publish this matter in your esteemed
newspaper so that it draws the attention of the concerned statutory
authorities and general public. Please help us in spreading awareness, many
innocent people. Your kind help is highly appreciated.
